WE’RE GROWING — SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

PractiK Professional Group is looking for a motivated, well-connected and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to help introduce our services to small and medium-sized businesses.

This is an independent contractor opportunity with performance-based commission.

ABOUT PractiK Success and Development Professional group:

PractiK helps businesses improve the way they attract customers and manage their operations through:

- AI automation and workflow solutions
- Qualified website design and redesign
- Lead-capture and follow-up systems
- SEO and digital visibility solutions
- Branding and digital business services THE OPPORTUNITY;

The successful representative will identify prospective clients, introduce PractiK’s services, develop business relationships and help move qualified opportunities toward a consultation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and approach potential business clients
- Build relationships with local business owners and decision-makers
- Explain PractiK’s services clearly and professionally
- Qualify prospective clients and arrange consultation meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and opportunities
- Follow up consistently and support the sales process
- Represent the PractiK brand with professionalism and integrity

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experience in sales,



business development or client acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Understanding of digital services, websites or technology is an asset
- Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working independently
- Existing business connections in Metro Vancouver are an asset
- Professional English communication skills; additional languages are an asset

COMPENSATION

Independent contractor arrangement with a commission of 10-17% of eligible collected project revenue for clients personally sourced and successfully converted, subject to the written contractor agreement.

This opportunity does not include a guaranteed salary, hourly wage or employee benefits. Compensation is earned through completed sales in accordance with the commission agreement.
