Island West Commercial Maintenance is a locally owned and operated full service property and building service contractor. We are seeking, honest , reliable, energetic and motivated Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with clients and prospects to drive business growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and ability to develop lasting relationships, while executing the directives and processes given by the company will be key to success. This position will also require you to have a hands on approach to learning our services and from time to time help our teams on actual jobs.

Responsibilities

- Actively pursue outside sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients and expanding our customer base through targeted business development efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through effective account management strategies
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales presentations, demonstrating our products’ value and technical benefits tailored to client needs
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close sales efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction
- Collaborate with our service teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads while addressing our current company strengths ,assets and values
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track customer interactions,



sales pipeline, and follow-up activities
- provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

- Familiarity with the commercial maintenance and building service business
- Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or technical sales roles with a focus on B2B markets
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
- Familiarity with account management practices and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Ability to create a business plan, communicate it with our team, execute it and show the results
- Excellent analysis skills to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM software for managing sales activities
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with a proactive attitude toward sales growth and a team oriented attitude

Salary - $52,000 pr year plus bonus program and benefits. A company cell phone will be provided for all business interactions A company vehicle will be provided during business hours for business use.
