Role Description This is a contract Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Mississauga, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Madnetism Arts Inc.’s programs, services, and events. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and conducting outreach through digital and in-person channels.

The role involves preparing and delivering presentations, tracking sales performance, and supporting marketing campaigns across social media and other platforms.



The specialist will also provide training and guidance to team members on sales techniques and customer engagement best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and support overall sales performance.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to coach team members and support the adoption of effective sales and customer service practices.
- Experience in marketing, particularly in arts, entertainment, or community-focused organizations, is beneficial.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and collaborate with onsite and remote colleagues.
- Proficiency with common digital tools (CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media channels) is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
