Every person you call already raised their hand

No cold lists. No spam dialing. No pretending you're not selling something.

Everyone on your list came to us first. They asked for our short-term rental deal list, spent real time looking at properties with real numbers attached, and then life got busy and they never booked the call.

You catch them at a better moment. You find out what they're actually trying to build. Then you get them in front of someone who can help them build it.

Who we are

Revarity is a U.S. short-term rental management company, and we're building the sales team out right now — which means whoever takes this seat helps decide how it runs.

Most of our clients don't want another job, they want to own something — passive income from property without becoming the person who runs it. They can see the opportunity in short-term rentals, they're serious about it, and they're stuck on the how: which property, what it really costs, and who handles the thing once guests start arriving.

That's us. We find the property, handle the lease, furnish it, get it listed, and then we operate it day to day — guest messaging, pricing, cleaning, turnovers, reporting. They own the business. We run it with them.

So when you pick up the phone, you're talking about something that exists. Real properties. Real guests checking in this weekend. Real money landing in someone's account at the end of the month.

The person who doesn't answer today might own a business a year from now because you called them back.

What you'll be doing

- Calling people who asked to hear from us
- Finding out what they want to build, and what's been getting in the way
- Booking the right ones in with our growth consultant team, and making sure they show up

- Running quick triage calls when someone needs a conversation before they're ready
- Keeping your notes and next steps current in the CRM
- Sharing your numbers at the end of each day

You're not closing anything, and you never quote a price. You're selling one thing: the next conversation.

What a good day looks like

Callbacks cleared first. Every reply worked. New leads called while they're still warm. A couple of real conversations where someone finally tells you the actual reason they haven't pulled the trigger — and the ones worth booking, booked and logged as you go, so nothing slips.

Then the part that compounds. More calls, more conversations. More conversations, more appointments. More appointments, more chances that a deal closes with your name on it. What you put in is what you get back.

What you get on day one

Nobody here gets handed a phone and a list and left to it.

- A written call script — openers, questions that actually get answers, and a response to everything people throw at you
- A step-by-step playbook for how the pipeline gets worked, in what order, and why
- A tracker showing your own contact rate, booking rate and show rate as you go
- Weekly call reviews with someone who listens to your recordings and helps you get better
- Someone to ask, any time you're stuck

And the growth consultants taking your appointments are doing the job a lot of setters want next. You'll be in the reviews with them every week,

hearing those calls long before you'd ever have to run one.

You'll do well here if

- You like people — including the ones who are short with you for the first ten seconds
- You're happy being on the phone for most of the day
- You take coaching and put it to work the same week
- You do what you said you'd do, on the day you said you'd do it
- You want to be measured, because you back yourself

Sales experience helps. Short-term rental or real estate experience helps more. Neither is a dealbreaker. We'd rather train someone hungry and coachable than hire someone off a good résumé.

The setup

- Fully remote — work from wherever you are, contracting with a U.S. company
- Independent contractor, not an employee
- Schedule to be confirmed with you
- Your own computer, a reliable connection, a quiet space and a decent headset

How to apply

Hit apply and answer the questions below. If it looks like a fit we'll set up a short call, and yes, we'll be listening to how you sound on the phone. That's the job.

We read every application, and you'll hear back either way.

Pay: $62,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Advantages

- Work from home
