Biomed is the largest medical waste management company in Saskatchewan. We are a growing company based in Aberdeen, SK, only 20 minutes north of Saskatoon. As our Sales & Service Associate, you will serve as a key representative of Biomed and a primary point of contact for our clients across Saskatchewan. This role combines customer relationship management, account support, business development, and field service responsibilities.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and supporting the continued growth of our company. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, adaptable, and thrives in a role that requires both independent work and collaboration with team members across multiple departments.

As one of the primary faces of Biomed, you will play an important role in reinforcing our reputation for service excellence, professionalism, and customer care.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate Biomed products and services.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client satisfaction reviews and provide ongoing support to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Deliver and install sharps containers and medical waste containers at customer locations as required.
- Conduct annual audits at major healthcare facilities throughout Saskatchewan.
- Travel to customer locations across the province to provide service support and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, products, services, and follow-up activities.




- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities to enhance client value through Biomed's products and services.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new products, services, and customer initiatives.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Represent Biomed professionally and positively in all customer interactions.

Additional qualifications include:
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365
- 1-2 years working experience in Sales and/or Service is considered an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Robust time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
