Job Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for automotive products, combined with your excellent communication skills, will help customers find the perfect wheels and tires. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while providing outstanding service in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting the right wheels and tires based on their vehicle specifications and preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various products
- Provide knowledgeable advice on merchandise, including technical details and compatibility
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
- Upsell complementary products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume




- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight promotions
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Experience

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in technology or automotive sectors
- Multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs
- Familiarity with product demos, merchandising, POS systems, and cash handling is advantageous
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Bilingual candidates with proficiency in English are highly valued
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management to handle multiple customers efficiently
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management are essential
