Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical specifications clearly
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured items
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers while maintaining high service standards





Requirements

- Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred, especially in technology sales or related fields
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers accurately
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and POS operations
- Knowledge of cashiering procedures, phone etiquette, and upselling techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively
