Job Summary

Clothes Minded Boutique is looking for an enthusiastic, fashion-loving Sales Associate to become an important part of our team.

This isn't just a retail position - we're looking for someone who can become my right-hand person. I need someone who is dependable, takes initiative, and is willing to jump in wherever needed, from helping customers to merchandising, processing new arrivals, creating content, and keeping the boutique looking its best.

What we're looking for

- Previous retail or customer service experience (fashion retail is an asset)
- A genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident interacting with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new tasks and adapting in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with social media is an asset but not required

Availability This position requires flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Our ideal candidate has an open and flexible schedule and is available during our busiest shopping times.

Please note: This position is not ideal for someone with a limited class schedule or restricted availability,



as we are looking for someone who can provide consistent, flexible coverage throughout the week and on weekends.

Duties

- Providing exceptional customer service
- Styling customers and offering outfit recommendations
- Receiving and processing new inventory
- Merchandising and maintaining the boutique
- Assisting with social media content when needed
- Operating the point-of-sale system
- Helping with special events, promotions, and live sales
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming
