We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer service, a strong interest in retail sales, and a willingness to learn about new products.

As part of our Bliss team, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service, helping customers find the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and create good vibes will make you a perfect fit.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Stay informed about in-store deals, promotions, and recent product arrivals
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and build customer loyalty
- Assist with merchandising efforts to maintain a clean and appealing store layout
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Perform inventory checks and help restock products as needed
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a positive, welcoming atmosphere in-store




- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when assisting customers by phone

Qualifications

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (especially English + other languages)
- Familiarity with technology and vape products is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math and cash-handling abilities
- Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Team player with a self-motivated attitude
- A keen eye for detail and merchandising to maintain a visually appealing store
