Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, personable, and reliable team member to join our specialty cheese shop. This is a customer-facing position where providing excellent service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer is essential.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, is comfortable speaking with customers, and has an interest in food (Cheese) and specialty products. You will assist customers with selecting cheeses and other products, provide recommendations, prepare and package cheese, operate the cash register, maintain an organized and clean counter, and help with daily shop duties.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, outgoing, and confident with customers
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual
- Comfortable working in a busy retail setting




- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn about our cheeses and specialty products
- Customer-service oriented and able to communicate professionally

Previous retail, food service, deli, or specialty food experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
