Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with exceptional experiences. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, promoting products, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail environment.

Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and perks to potential customers.
- Highly regulated commodity (tobacco), need to following reporting documents on a regularly.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.




- Stay informed about the latest technology sales trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.

Experience

- Previous experience in prospect and inactive sales of customers
- Must be strong in Excel, a must
- Strong organizational skills and sales displays efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. (Bilingual would be an asset, and compensated for this)
- A basic understanding of technology sales is beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
- Reliable, matured

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
