Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos and explain technical details clearly
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase benefits and encourage upselling opportunities
- Assist customers with merchandise selection, merchandising displays, and inventory management
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Maintain organized store displays and ensure shelves are stocked with current products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy




- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods

Requirements

- Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex products simply and effectively
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and balancing registers
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising and stock levels
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cashiering duties as needed
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and phone etiquette is a plus
