Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance the customer experience.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cashiering duties.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and trends.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.




- Update and manage social media accounts and website to provide customers with current stock and promotions.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in dealership sales preferred.
- Strong sales background is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong computer skills are essential to this role.
