Position: Part-Time, Hourly

Hours: 30 hours per week The Role

We are looking for a Sales Associate who is passionate about fashion, luxury brands, and delivering an elevated customer experience. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, sales-driven, and knowledgeable about the luxury fashion market.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to a welcoming and elevated shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service and build strong client relationships
- Assist customers with product selection, styling, and knowledge of luxury brands
- Drive sales and consistently work toward individual and store sales goals
- Maintain strong knowledge of designer brands, products, pricing, and current fashion trends
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with merchandising, product organization, and maintaining an elevated store environment
- Support inventory organization and product presentation
- Communicate professionally with clients both in-store and through customer inquiries
- Help create a welcoming, polished, and luxury-focused shopping experience
- Work collaboratively with the team to support daily store operations

Qualifications & Requirements





- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably within luxury, designer, fashion, or premium retail
- Strong knowledge and interest in luxury and designer brands
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- Sales-oriented with confidence in recommending and selling products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and presentation
- Professional, polished, and personable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability for weekends is required
- Must be available for 30 hours per week
