BRS Concepts Inc. is currently looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our growing client acquisition team in the staffing and recruitment industry.

We specialize in helping transportation, logistics, warehouse, and industrial companies across Canada and North America solve hiring challenges by providing qualified drivers, forklift operators, warehouse associates, and general labour staff.

This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for:

What You’ll Be Doing
- Reach out to companies across Canada that are actively hiring
- Connect with HR managers, fleet managers, and business owners
- Understand client hiring needs and workforce challenges
- Present our staffing and recruitment solutions
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
- Conduct follow-ups through calls, emails, and virtual meetings

Compensation StructureStage 1 – Commission Only
- Commission earned on every client you bring in

Stage 2 – Base Salary + Commission Candidates who perform well during the first 3 months and successfully close clients may become eligible for:
- Base Salary + Commission structure
- Higher earning potential
