Water Street Cannabis is looking for energetic, high-achieving, reliable, and knowledgeable Part time Budtenders to join the team at our stunning location at 348 Water Street in Vancouver.

The Role

As a Budtender, you are the face of the store. Your primary goal is to provide outstanding service and guide our customers through our curated selection to find the products best suited to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

● Customer Excellence: Providing a premium service experience and connecting with customers on a personal level.

● Consultation: Making educated suggestions based on individual customer wants and needs.

● Goal Orientation: Working with the team and management to achieve individual, collective, and business goals.

● Culture: Contributing to a positive, inclusive store culture.

● Operations: Accurately processing payments on our POS system and ensuring inventory accuracy.

● Maintenance: Upholding high levels of visual merchandising and ensuring store cleanliness.

● Compliance:



Following all store policies and provincial regulations.

Schedule Requirements

We are looking for flexible and reliable team members specifically for:

● Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM.

● Weekends: Availability is required.

● Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours weekly.

What You Bring

● Experience: Previous retail or cannabis experience is necessary.

● Communication: The ability to explain complex terpene profiles or consumption methods in a consultation-based environment.

● Reliability: A track record of showing up on time and ready to work.

● Credentials: Must be 19+ with a valid Selling It Right certification.

● Mindset: A positive, can-do attitude driven to meet sales goals.
