Signalix Inc. is an Authorized Dealer for Freedom Mobile, operating retail locations across Canada. We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers stay connected through the latest mobile technology and wireless solutions.

We are currently looking for energetic, sales-driven, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associates to join our Winnipeg team.

What You’ll Do – Customer Experience

- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobile devices, plans, and services
- Explain Freedom Mobile plans, promotions, and financing options clearly
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Deliver a positive and memorable in-store experience

Sales & Performance

- Meet or exceed sales targets through activations, upgrades, accessories, and add-ons
- Recommend protection plans and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- Build strong product knowledge to confidently support customer decisions
- Process transactions accurately using internal systems

Store Operations





- Support daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual standards
- Assist with inventory organization and promotional updates
- Follow company procedures for upgrades, returns, and TradeUp transactions

What We’re Looking For ✔ Previous wireless retail experience is a strong asset (Freedom Mobile, Rogers, Bell, Telus, etc. preferred)

✔ Retail sales or customer service experience preferred

✔ Strong communication and people skills

✔ Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment

✔ Versatile availability, including evenings and weekends

Education & Experience

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Retail Sales: 1 year preferred
- Customer Service: 1 year preferred
- Wireless industry experience is considered an asset
