Sales Clerk

What the role looks like:

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll help keep the store running smoothly during the night shift. You’ll be helping customers, running the till, restocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and organized. While evenings can be quieter, we’re looking for someone who stays on top of things, works well independently and with in a team setting, and takes pride in their work.

What you’ll be doing:

- Greeting customers and providing friendly service.
- Answer any questions and make product recommendations.
- You will operate our POS system and handle transactions accurately.
- The prospective employee will check valid ID and follow all liquor sale requirements.
- Restock shelves, maintain displays, and keep the store clean.
- Help with closing duties and daily tasks.

What we’re looking for:

- Someone experienced in either retail, hospitality,



or customer service would be an asset.
- Comfortable in handling cash, maintaining store standards, and working independently or within a team.
- The candidate needs to be reliable, punctual and flexible.
- Must have a flexible full time availability across the week (Sunday to Saturday), need is for closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be 19+ and have a valid Serving It Right certificate (or be willing to get it before starting)
- First Aid is an added bonus

Working conditions: On your feet for most of the shift, with regular lifting (up to 25 lbs). It’s a physically active role, but the shift tends to be steady and manageable.
