We are looking for full-time closers to join our business and sell $30,000–$50,000+ per month in home improvement projects to homeowners.

This is an in-person role, joining a team of 3 existing closers who are responsible for scheduling appointments with homeowners, demonstrating our product, presenting a contract and getting deals over the line.

Toronto Glow is a training ground for young people with little to no experience, providing daily training, accountability, and competition to help extract the best out of you.

Turning a stranger into a $5,000 client takes more effort and skill than you'd think, but the process is much simpler than you'd probably imagine.

After $1 million in sales, we’ve noticed a pattern: if you pick up the phone and dial, or knock on doors, you will schedule appointments with interested prospects.





And if you schedule enough appointments, some will close.

Maybe your missing piece is not effort, but a place to direct your energy and a team that holds you to a higher standard.

Closing for Toronto Glow is a fully commission based role.

Our closers get paid for their raw efforts, not the time spent at work.

For the skills they learn and train every day, not their background or traditional education.
