Sales Consultant – Custom Closet & Home Organization Solutions

Work directly with clients through pre-booked showroom and in-home consultations, guiding them from initial design through project completion.
We are looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our Calgary showroom team. If you love sales, enjoy helping people, and have experience in home organization, custom closet design, interior design, renovation sales, or a related field, this could be the perfect opportunity to combine your creativity with your passion for building relationships and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments.
- Listen to clients' needs and develop customized storage solutions.
- Measure spaces accurately and prepare detailed designs.
- Create professional design presentations and quotations.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation to project completion.
- Collaborate closely with installers and production teams to ensure successful execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.
- Participate in networking events and community outreach opportunities.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in sales.
- Experience in custom closet design, home organization, or related industries.
- Understanding of closet installation processes, materials, and space-planning principles.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover client needs and provide solutions.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong measuring and space-planning skills.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Professional, positive, and results-driven attitude.
- Interior design education or related experience is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for in-home consultations
