Mobility Plus Health Solutions is a growing retail medical supply store dedicated to improving the comfort, independence, and quality of life of our customers. We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you will play an important role in assisting customers, supporting sales, maintaining store organization, and helping with the day-to-day operations of our business.

Anticipated Start Date:

Last week of August or first week of September 2026.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
- Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on individual customer needs
- Support and contribute to in-store sales
- Answer phone calls and respond professionally to customer inquiries
- Perform light data entry, primarily inventory uploads and POS system updates
- Assist with receiving, stocking, pricing, and labeling merchandise
- Maintain the organization, presentation, and cleanliness of products and the store
- Become familiar with our medical supplies, mobility products, and other healthcare-related products
- Assist with general day-to-day store operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical supplies, healthcare products, mobility equipment, or related products is an asset




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Comfortable using computers, inventory systems, and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Organized, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn about medical products and their applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
