Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: CA$18.00 to CA$24.00 per hour + bonuses + commissions

Divvia is hiring ambitious, energetic people to join our downtown Montreal sales office as Sales Development Representatives.

This role is a strong fit for someone who is confident, competitive, coachable, and motivated by results. You will receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support so you can build your sales skills, improve your performance, and grow within the company.

You do not need previous sales experience. What matters most is your attitude, communication ability, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business opportunities for the sales team
- Contact potential clients and create interest in Divvia’s services
- Qualify leads and book opportunities for the office
- Follow proven scripts, sales processes, and coaching
- Work closely with managers and teammates to improve results
- Bring energy, focus, and a strong work ethic every day
