Sales Development Representative – Appointment Setter

Full time · Remote (Canada) · $31,200 base salary + uncapped commission

At Coaches Creating Impact, we help health and wellness coaches build predictable, profitable businesses. We've helped hundreds of founders scale past six figures. As we grow, we're hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to join our sales team.

This is a real sales career, not a call-center job. You'll work warm & cold leads, use scripts and systems we've built and refined, and get daily coaching to sharpen your skills. Your base pay is a starting point, not a ceiling. Commission is uncapped, and setters who perform well earn well above base.

What you'll do:

- Reach out to warm & cold leads and start real conversations using proven scripts and outreach systems
- Follow up consistently to keep leads engaged and moving through the pipeline
- Qualify leads and pass warm, ready prospects to our closing team
- Track and manage your own pipeline in our CRM




- Join coaching sessions to sharpen your skills

What we're looking for:

- Legal eligibility to work in Canada (required)
- Ability to commit to a fixed schedule of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday (required)
- Experience in sales, customer service, or another people-facing role
- Strong writing skills and fast response time
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and daily follow-up
- Self-motivated: you manage your own numbers without needing to be micromanaged

Compensation & Schedule:

- $31,200/year base salary (Alberta minimum wage, 40 hrs/week)
- Uncapped commission on top of base
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
- Remote, must be based in Canada
