Job Overview
KNOCK & ROCK UPGRADES LTD. is a growing construction and renovation company looking for a motivated and professional Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing clients, understanding their renovation and construction needs, following up on leads, preparing basic estimates/quotations, and helping convert inquiries into projects.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and customer-service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to new client inquiries by phone, email and other communication channels
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication
- Understand client requirements for renovation and construction projects
- Coordinate with the office and project team to prepare quotations and proposals
- Explain project scope, pricing and timelines to clients
- Maintain accurate client and sales information
- Update leads, follow-ups and customer information in company systems
- Schedule site visits and meetings with clients
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential customers
- Assist with sales documentation and basic administrative tasks
- Follow up with clients after quotations are provided
- Help achieve company sales and project targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or construction-related sales is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer-service and negotiation skills
- Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email and in person
- Positive computer and data-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting, invoices and payments is an asset
- Ability to organize leads and follow-ups accurately
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Construction or renovation industry experience is an asset
Language Skills Because of our diverse client base, English is required.
Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is strongly preferred and will be considered an asset.
