We are looking for a motivated and friendly Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing sales, helping customers, building relationships with business clients, and promoting our products.

Responsibilities

- Find and contact new business customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell our store products to customers and businesses.
- Make sales plans and follow up with potential customers.
- Help customers choose the right products based on their needs.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Keep track of customer orders and follow-ups.
- Stay up to date with current products, promotions, and pricing.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Work with the team to achieve overall sales goals.
- Work on different product lines- Cigars, Vapes etc. to get knowledge and advise the best suitable product for the customers.

Requirements:




- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Experience in a smoke shop, convenience store, wholesale, or retail business is an asset.
- Must be legally eligible to work and meet all applicable age requirements for the products sold.
