- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and local market priorities

Requirements

- 5 years' sales and leadership experience preferred

- Proven leadership experience in sales, business development, or commercial management

- Strong leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development

- Experience establishing and managing KPIs,
