Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will develop strategic sales initiatives, foster strong customer relationships, and oversee daily store operations to ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals while aligning with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team, providing coaching and training to enhance their performance in retail sales, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily store operations including merchandising, pricing, inventory purchasing, and POS (Point of Sale) system management to optimize sales opportunities.
- Manage recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new staff, and supporting ongoing staff development through training & development initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.




- Conduct regular performance evaluations, setting yearly targets with GM, and ensure compliance with company policies on security and safety standards.
- Coordinate marketing efforts with marketing coordinator within the store to attract new customers and retain existing ones through promotional activities.
- Maintain organizational skills by managing administrative tasks such as filing, record keeping, and reporting on sales performance metrics.

Experience

- Proven supervisory or managerial experience within a retail environment with a focus on sales management.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, training & development of staff, with leadership skills that inspire teamwork and high performance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a quick-paced setting.
