Responsibilities

- Manage payroll, scheduling, and budgeting processes to optimize efficiency and staff coverage.
- Monitor pricing strategies and promotional activities to attract customers while maintaining profit margins.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, and health & safety standards across all store functions.
