Title: Branch Lead — Healthcare Digital Marketing (Sales + Operations)
Are you a natural closer with deep marketing communications experience and a passion for healthcare? Join Whitehead Agency Group (https://waginc.ca/) to open and lead a new branch office in Hamilton, selling strategic digital marketing solutions to healthcare providers and organizations.
What you’ll do
· Launch and grow a new regional office: build local presence, hire a small team, supervise workflow and nurture client relationships.
· Own full-cycle sales: prospect, pitch, negotiate, close, and manage key client relationships.
· Translate client needs into high-impact digital strategies (SEO, paid media, content, reputation, patient lead gen).
· Collaborate with central delivery teams to ensure excellent on-boarding, campaign execution, and measurable results.
· Hit and exceed revenue targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction and retention.
Must-have qualifications
· 5+ years in marketing communications (agency or in-house), preferably with healthcare experience.
· Proven track record as a closer — consistently closing complex B2B deals.
· Solid network in healthcare (providers, health systems, clinics) is a plus.
· Strategic thinker with hands-on sales and operational skills.
· Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
· Comfortable working independently to build a market from the ground up.
