Footie Elite is Hiring: Sales & Registration Coordinator

Location: Montreal (Griffintown HQ, remote-friendly for phone/DM work) Type: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday (a part-time Sunday–Monday role is also open) Compensation: Base salary

Who We Are

Footie Elite is a Montreal-based youth soccer training company, small-group technical sessions for ages 2–13, currently serving 800+ players across Greater Montreal with waitlists in several areas. We're scaling toward 5,000+ students by the end of 2028, with US expansion already underway. Our coaches-first, community-driven approach is what's grown this company from three friends training kids in Westmount to one of Montreal's fastest-growing youth soccer programs, entirely through referrals and word of mouth.

The Role

We're looking for someone to own every new family's first impression of Footie Elite, and to close the deal, not just answer questions and pass people along.

You'll be the first voice a parent hears when they call, the first reply they get on Instagram, and the person who gets them registered on the spot. This isn't a customer service role. It's a sales role for someone who's genuinely positive with people, quick on their feet, and motivated by results.

What You'll Do

- Answer every incoming call, DM, and web inquiry, fast. Missed calls get a callback within 10 minutes, no exceptions.
- Own the full conversation: answer pricing and schedule questions, handle hesitation, and send the registration link, live,



on the call whenever possible.
- Follow up persistently and warmly with families who don't close right away, most "let me think about it" parents just need one more good conversation, not silence.
- Keep a clean handoff at the end of every shift so nothing falls through the cracks between you and the rest of the team.
- Represent Footie Elite's tone in every interaction: warm, genuine, and easy to talk to, never scripted or pushy.

What We're Looking For
- You're a natural talker, comfortable on the phone and confident closing a conversation with an ask.
- You're organized. You won't let a lead go cold because you forgot to follow up.
- You genuinely like people and can read a hesitant parent in seconds, you know when to reassure, when to inform, and when to just ask for the sale.
- Comfortable working some evenings and weekends, since that's when parents actually have time to talk.
- Bonus: experience in sales, customer service, or working with kids/families.

Growth We're building a real sales team, and this is the ground floor.
