Responsibilities

As an Independent Sales Representative, you will:

- Meet with homeowners throughout our service area
- Identify opportunities where our services can improve a property's health, appearance, or functionality
- Educate clients on available services and expected outcomes
- Prepare estimates and service recommendations
- Build lasting customer relationships through honest communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Represent Gilligan Property Services professionally within the community

Sales experience is an asset but is not required. We are willing to train individuals who demonstrate professionalism, ambition, and a genuine desire to help customers.

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position with commission-based compensation.

Representatives earn a percentage of every completed sale, allowing them to directly benefit from the value they create.

Our commission structure rewards consistent performance, skilled conduct, and long-term success. High-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn a substantial income while building valuable business, communication, and leadership skills.
