Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with outbound phone sales experience to join our energetic team. Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our solutions and identifying their needs
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information accurately
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals by demonstrating value and addressing customer objections confidently
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaigns and target audiences for more effective outreach
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology sales offerings and industry trends to provide insightful advice




- Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, answering inquiries clearly, and ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outbound phone sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles, preferably in B2B (business-to-business) environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus for reaching diverse markets
- Background in marketing, business development, or customer service enhances your ability to connect with clients
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals
