We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales. You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from generating leads to successfully renting rooms and providing outstanding customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and market our room rental services throughout Vancouver and Burnaby.

· Generate new leads through online platforms, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.

· Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants.

· Conduct property and room viewings with potential clients.

· Build strong relationships with prospective customers and understand their housing needs.

· Present available rental options and explain features, pricing, and policies.

· Negotiate and close rental agreements.

· Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to move-in.

· Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a smooth move-in experience.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and occupancy goals.

· Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

· 3–5 years of sales experience (minimum), preferably in real estate, property management, hospitality, or a related industry.





· Diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

· Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).

· Valid Class 5 Driver's License and reliable transportation.

· Must currently reside in Vancouver or Burnaby.

Preference will be given to female candidates.

What We Offer

- Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week).
