Sales Representative – Ready-Mix Concrete

Speedy Concrete Ltd. is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a field-based sales position focused on developing new business, building relationships with contractors, and identifying upcoming concrete opportunities throughout Metro Vancouver.

Responsibilities

Drive throughout Metro Vancouver visiting active construction sites and potential customers

Introduce Speedy Concrete and our ready-mix concrete services to contractors, builders, developers, and site personnel

Identify new projects and sales opportunities through regular job-site visits

Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and contractors

Follow up with leads, previous customers, and prospective accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, site supervisors, and other decision-makers

Gather information on upcoming projects, concrete requirements, schedules, and purchasing needs

Prepare and follow up on pricing and concrete supply opportunities

Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, leads, and active opportunities

Regularly follow up with customers to secure upcoming pours and repeat business

Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively

Monitor construction activity within assigned territories and proactively pursue new job sites





Represent Speedy Concrete professionally in the field and help grow the company’s presence throughout Metro Vancouver

What We’re Looking For

Robust communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable cold calling and approaching new customers in person

Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field

Persistent and confident when following up with prospective customers

Strong relationship-building skills

Organized and able to manage multiple leads and opportunities

Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel throughout Metro Vancouver

Construction, concrete, building materials, or B2B sales experience is an asset

Knowledge of the local construction industry is an asset

Pay: $36,500.00-$125,966.15 per year
