Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Associate/Receptionist. In this dual-role position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in assisting them with eyewear purchases and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Assist clients in selecting eyeglass frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences
- Explain lens options, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently
- Schedule and confirm eye exam appointments




- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Manage the front desk, including intake forms and insurance billing
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Perform basic administrative and clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Previous retail or optical experience is an asset, but not required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfort with computers and basic POS systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Availability on evenings and/or weekends is preferred
