Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our dry cleaning and laundry shop. The ideal candidate will possess robust hand-on skills, extensive experience in cleaning and custodial services, and a background in hospitality or hotel management (asset). This role is vital in ensuring efficient laundry processes, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and self-starting to deliver exceptional service.

The Sales

Supervisor will play a key role in managing store schedules, communication with customers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Work language is English. Reporting languages to owners are Mandarin/English.

Duties

- Assign workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Establish work schedules




- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
- Supervise and co-ordinate machineries
- Oversee payroll administration
- Conduct performance reviews
- Perform opening and closing activities
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation
- Perform administrative tasks
