Role Description The Sales Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site, entry-level role based in Downtown Vancouver, BC. This role works directly with senior leadership to generate and qualify sales leads by leveraging construction data downloads, permit and project files, and advanced AI tools.

The primary focus is building lead pipelines: sourcing raw data files, using AI tools to clean, enrich, and prioritize prospects, and loading qualified leads into the CRM for the sales team to action. The analyst will track lead-to-quote conversion, analyze which sources and segments perform best, and continuously refine targeting based on results.

Day-to-day activities include downloading and processing data files from industry and public sources,



running AI-assisted enrichment and outreach list building, maintaining accurate CRM records, creating standard and ad hoc reports on pipeline and lead performance, and coordinating with sales reps to ensure fast follow-up on qualified leads. The role also supports special projects, helps improve lead generation and sales processes, and contributes to a positive, customer-focused environment.

No prior experience required — curiosity, comfort with data, and willingness to learn AI tools matter most.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with sales, operations, and customers.
- Understanding of finance concepts related to pricing, margin, and billing, with the ability to support accurate and compliant transactions.
- Sales support skills, including experience with CRM tools, quote preparation, order processing, and pipeline reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools; experience with ERP or order management systems is an asset.
- Ability to work in office, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in building materials, flooring, or a related industry is an advantage.
