Sales Trainer / Team Lead

Compensation: Commission-Based | $100,000–$200,000+ Potential

JP Home Comfort is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer / Team Lead to help train, develop, and lead our growing outside sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will spend time in the field with sales representatives, attend customer appointments, help close deals, and coach the team directly.

Responsibilities

- Train and coach recent sales representatives
- Accompany sales reps on appointments and provide in-field coaching
- Conduct customer appointments and generate your own sales
- Lead by example and demonstrate effective closing techniques
- Provide ongoing sales training, role-playing, and performance coaching
- Help improve team conversion and closing rates
- Build strong relationships with the sales team and motivate performance
- Earn override commission on team sales
- Help recruit and develop new sales representatives

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience in sales, preferably HVAC/in-home sales
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Previous sales leadership or training experience
- Confident working directly with homeowners




- Ability to coach and motivate sales representatives
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable working in the field and travelling to customer appointments

Compensation This is a commission-only opportunity with significant earning potential.

Expected earning potential: $100,000–$200,000+ annually

Your income will be based on:

- Your personal sales
- Override commissions from your sales team
- Team performance and growth
