Hiring: Salesforce QA | Mississauga, ON

Location: Mississauga, ON

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business/functional requirements and prepare test strategies & test cases
- Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications
- Test Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Workflows, and Reports
- Execute end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations with external systems
- Identify, track, and retest defects using JIRA/Azure DevOps
- Validate Salesforce data integrity and data migration activities
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and business stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint testing
- Prepare test summary reports and maintain test documentation

Required Skills:

✅ Strong Salesforce Testing experience

✅ Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud & Service Cloud knowledge





✅ Functional, Regression, Integration & UAT Testing

✅ Salesforce Objects, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets & Security Models

✅ Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules & Approval Processes

✅ JIRA or Azure DevOps

✅ API Testing using Postman or similar tools

✅ Solid SQL/SOQL for data validation

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce Test Automation — Selenium, Tosca, or Prova

Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud

Agile/Scrum experience

CI/CD and DevOps knowledge

Salesforce Administrator or related Salesforce Certification
