Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business/functional requirements and create test strategies and test cases.

- Perform Functional, System Integration, Regression, Smoke, and UAT testing.

- Test

Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications

.

- Validate Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Workflows, and Reports.

- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations with external systems.

- Identify, track, and retest defects using

JIRA or Azure DevOps

.

- Validate data integrity and data migration within Salesforce.

- Perform API testing using

Postman or similar tools

.

- Use

SQL/SOQL for data validation.

- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience in

Salesforce Testing

.

- Valuable knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud,



and Service Cloud.

- Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Objects, Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, and Security Models.

- Experience testing Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.

- Hands-on experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- API testing experience with Postman.

- Strong SQL/SOQL skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce test automation using

Selenium, Tosca, or Provar

.

- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.

- Agile/Scrum experience.

- CI/CD and DevOps knowledge.

- Salesforce Administrator or related certification.
