Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of Salesforce experience and 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development .
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce APIs .
- Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations (300+ users) and managing technical delivery teams.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle, SAP , and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Informatica Cloud, and middleware platforms .
- Strong experience in data migration, ETL, data quality, large data volume (LDV) management, and data governance .
- Expertise in CI/CD, Git, Salesforce deployment tools,



release management, and DevOps best practices.
- Robust knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, SDLC, enterprise solution design, and AppExchange implementations .
- Current Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer required; Application/System Architect and Business Analyst certifications preferred).
- Excellent technical leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills with experience in global delivery environments.
