Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the start
- Assist stylists with hair styling preparations, including shampooing, blow-drying, and basic styling tasks under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, managing client check-ins/check-outs, and answering phone inquiries promptly




- Keep the salon organized by restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and ensuring all areas are tidy at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate daily tasks and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic knowledge of hair styling techniques or willingness to learn on the job
- Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Enthusiasm for retail sales and upselling to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Reliable attendance with the ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus but not required; training will be provided
