- Coordinate admissions, bed assignments, and discharge processes
- Advocate effectively for patients and families in care
- Ensure staff schedules align with unit needs
- Analyze and address supply and equipment requirements




- Be a key participant in improving patient flow within the department Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or diploma accepted
- Minimum of three years charge nurse experience
- Five years recent acute or community nursing experience
