Students study and practice leadership in the context of diverse communities and national organizations. Initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing a leadership project in an organization of the student's choice as well as continuous reflection on and evaluation of this project are at the core of this course. The course focuses on developing students' stills in project management, communication, and coorperation.Extensive knowledge of and experience with all aspects of leading community based projects and events.
A Masters level degree and experience with the SLS teaching and learning approach are preferred.
