We are seeking a passionate and energetic Science and Mathematics Teacher to inspire and educate students in these vital subjects! Duties

- Deliver engaging lessons in science and mathematics aligned with curriculum standards, ensuring clarity and student understanding

- Develop innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles, including those with special education needs

- Incorporate technology and computer skills into lessons to enhance learning experiences and digital literacy

- Support tutoring sessions for students needing extra help to reinforce concepts and boost confidence





- Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, collaboration, and respect among students

- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student development and implement educational initiatives

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in an educational or tutoring setting is highly desirable

- Proven classroom experience with a focus on Science or Mathematics instruction

- Experience providing tutoring or extra academic support in math or science subjects is advantageous

- Must have an Undergraduate Degree in Mathematics or Science

- Ideal candidate would be a grad student in Toronto completing a second or third Degree.

Pay: $37.00-$38.00 per hour
