Duties

- Monitor and control access points to ensure only authorized personnel enter the premises
- Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity across the facility and surrounding areas
- Perform routine patrols inside and outside the property to identify potential security risks or breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or suspicious activities with decisive action and clear communication
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing behaviors that may indicate theft or vandalism
- Document all security activities, incidents, and observations accurately in shift reports and logs




- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to resolve incidents effectively

Requirements

- Proven experience or background in law enforcement, security, or related fields is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and CCTV operation is essential
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as patrolling and standing for extended periods
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies and security protocols
- Valid certifications in security or relevant training are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary licenses where applicable
