IPG INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION GROUP INC. is a Canadian-based security company specializing in providing professional security services to our clients. We are currently seeking experienced Security Guards with at least 6 months of experience in hotel or hospitality security to join our team in Southern Ontario.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service and assistance to hotel guests
- Monitor and patrol the hotel premises, ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, and property
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, including medical, fire, and security breaches
- Perform access control duties and monitor security systems
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify and address any security risks
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports on incidents, activities, and observations
- Enforce hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a positive experience for guests

Qualifications

- Minimum 6 months of experience in security, preferably in hotel or hospitality settings
- Valid Ontario Security License
- Valid First Aid/CPR Certification
- Valid Smart Serve Certificate
- Must be fluent in both spoken and written English




- Ability to effectively communicate and write detailed reports
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergency situations
- High attention to detail and robust observational skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
