Responsibilities

- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) to observe activity and identify potential security threats or irregularities.
- Control access to the premises by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and staff, ensuring only authorized individuals enter designated areas.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized entry.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies by following established protocols and communicating effectively with emergency responders when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches to ensure accurate record-keeping.




- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious behavior and intervening when appropriate.
- Enforce safety policies and procedures to uphold a secure environment for all personnel and visitors.

Experience

- Prior experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment (CCTV systems) and monitoring techniques is essential.
- Knowledge of loss prevention methods and security best practices is preferred.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during long shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Solid communication skills for effective interaction with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel.
- Certification in security operations or related fields is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary certifications is valued.
