We are expanding our team and are currently looking for HIGH PROFILE Security Concierge team members for:

FULL TIME security concierge roles:

Schedule 1: Mondays to Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Friday to Sunday 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Schedule 2: Wednesdays to Sundays from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Duties

- Maintain the security and safety of the premises by conducting proactive security patrols
- Provide superior customer service to residents
- Maintain a strong sense security presence in common areas, tower, parking areas, hallways, stairwells, surrounding walkways of the buildings and premises
- Conduct hourly patrols and actively monitor cameras
- Respond to emergency situations (security, medical, flood or fire) and facility emergencies (floods,



elevator break downs, gate break downs). Write incident reports.
- Document and report as required daily reports, incident reports, for management and client follow up
- Proactively diffuse, respond and resolve difficult situations

Job Qualifications:
- Valid BST (British Columbia) Security License
- Minimum 1 year Security experience
- Excellent customer service skills, friendly
- Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
- Physically fit and mentally alert
