Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of security program projects across governance, ROC, global alignment and M&A-related; workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget and in-scope execution
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, dependencies, decision points and resource allocation across concurrent initiatives
- Coordinate delivery of key initiatives such as GRC platform operationalization, DLP rollout, managed application management, secure browser deployment, endpoint policy alignment, vulnerability management program standup and tooling consolidation efforts
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, blockers and interdependencies, driving timely resolution across Security, IT, vendors and business stakeholders
- Ensure technical and process deliverables meet defined quality, compliance and security expectations, including readiness for frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
- Translate security requirements, audit findings and remediation needs into clearly defined scopes, deliverables, timelines and success criteria
- Apply consistent project management frameworks, tools and documentation aligned with Digital Solutions and PMO standards
- Establish clear governance across projects, including status reporting, steering cadences, decision logs, escalation paths and change control
- Maintain a unified portfolio view across security workstreams, surfacing sequencing conflicts, resource constraints and delivery risks early
- Serve as the central point of coordination across Security, IT, external vendors, auditors and cross-entity stakeholders
- Communicate complex security, risk and compliance topics in a clear and structured way for non-technical stakeholders and executive audiences
- Support rollout, adoption and transition planning for security tooling and policy changes, minimizing disruption to users and operations
- Coordinate change management activities for user-facing and operational security changes,
including communications, testing, readiness and handoff to steady-state teams
- Provide project coordination support for urgent or elevated security remediation items, helping structure and track response plans so critical issues continue to move forward
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices, playbooks and operating rhythm across Security, IT and Digital Solutions.
Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, program delivery or PMO roles, with meaningful exposure to cybersecurity, risk, infrastructure or enterprise technology environments
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
- Strong project management fundamentals including planning, risk and issue management, governance, stakeholder communication and change control
- Ability to translate security and compliance concepts into clear business-friendly language and actionable project plans
- Experience supporting security-related initiatives such as control implementation, tool deployment, remediation programs, policy rollouts or audit readiness activities
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage a large portfolio of parallel workstreams with competing priorities and shared resources
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment and navigating ambiguity with structure and sound judgment
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project or similar platforms
- Experience supporting M&A; integration, vendor-led implementations or regulated environment initiatives is considered an asset
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification is considered an asset
- For all positions in Québec, proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. English is required due to regular interaction with colleagues and external partners outside Québec.
